Cindy Parroné relocated from St. Clair to Jackson County, Illinois in 2007 and joined the Diederich Insurance Agency, LLC at that time. Combing her 17 years at Diederich with 13 years at previous agencies in St. Clair County adds up to 30 years of insurance experience as a licensed insurance agent specializing in personal insurance. Cindy has been instrumental in improving the quality of service to Diederich’s clients since she has been with the Diederich Insurance Agency. She has provided customers with risk analysis, customized coverage, annual renewal reviews and good advice. Recently, Cindy has made a professional move in that she is expanding into commercial insurance with Diederich while overseeing the Agency’s personal insurance business. Mrs. Parrone is interested in making the community and world a better place. Her favorite role is Oma.
