Processing Manager

Donna Ketring

Donna Ketring is the Processing Manager for Diederich Healthcare Client Services. Donna joined the Diederich organization in 2006 and has had training in professional communication and information processing. Her primary focus is working closely with the carriers to track changes. This helps to provide the most accurate and up-to-date rates and information available to the staff and to Diederich’s clients. Donna also works closely with the Account Managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all policy documents. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with her family and friends. Donna has been involved with the Marine Corps League Auxiliary and Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign since 2002 and became Coordinator for Toys for Tots for five counties in Southern Illinois in 2019. She spends much of her volunteer time organizing, promoting, and collecting toys for underprivileged children in her local area. Additionally, she has participated in charitable events for other organizations, which include Girl Scouts, American Heart Association, Arthritis Foundation, March of Dimes and Muscular Dystrophy Association.
