Since then, we have evolved into a vigorous nationwide presence—licensed in all 50 states—under the inspiring leadership of our Chairman and CEO, Jeffrey M. Diederich. Joining us in 1993 and stepping into ownership in 2002, Jeffrey has been instrumental in our growth and success, guiding our team with vision and dedication.
